It was a great experience working with Jennifer to find the right investment property. She is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional and goes out of her way to help you. We must have seen at least 6+ properties that were almost an hour away from her office and she kept searching and showing until we found the perfect fit. She explained every step of the way so I knew exactly what to expect. There were no surprises and she is a fierce negotiator. We got what we wanted at the price we wanted and she got the seller to include a home warranty as well! An unexpected surprise!! I can't recommend Jennifer enough. She is definitely the one you want on your side as you're finding the perfect home.

Jennifer was my realtor in January of this year. She came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. When we met at the first house I was presented with a portfolio of all the details of all the houses we would be touring that day, and a map with the houses in that viewing order. I was impressed at how professional she was and carried herself. If we had any questions she had all the information in hand. She wasn't just trying to sell any house and she gave us her impression of the house as well. I believe we saw 10 houses that day and it went very quickly. If you're looking for someone who will give you an honest answer, recommend a stellar lender (who beat every other lender by almost a whole percent in my case), and have great communication through the whole process, then ask for Jennifer.
