We first met Carelys Hepburn at an open house as the listing agent for a house we were looking into. We've met several other agents but Carelys was the one we felt most comfortable with. She was so easy to talk to, it was like talking to an old friend. She was very professional, organized, and extremely knowledgeable with the Naperville market. She was very patient in explaining the whole buying and selling process. She was able to help us find our perfect home. When it was time to sell our house, she never let us down. We knew it won't be easy. She persevered and aggressively pursued potential leads, following up multiple times. We ended up selling our house above what we expected. Several months later, we still keep in touch at a more personal level. We would go out of our way to recommend Carelys to other friends looking for a new home.
