She sold our house within a week using many different means of advertising. She was also very patient with us when showing us over 50 homes to find our perfect forever home. She took the time to introduce us to the area so we could get a feel for what would be the best fit for our family before we even house-shopped. She knows her stuff and was a god-send right when we needed it. She even brought donuts and a dog bone to closing for our family (and pup) since we didn't have a landing place as we hit town. So helpful and all-around great human being. We're happy to now be part of her same community.

What can I say about the most patient and hardworking realtor that I have ever met? Carelys was great to work with! She listened to what we wanted, took us to numerous towns so we could narrow down where we wanted to move (we were relocating from out of state), even drove us through the town (while we were in FaceTime!) to show us the downtown, local areas, etc. She worked with us for 4 months to help us find our perfect house, even securing our home for underlist (a miracle in this crazy housing market). Not only is she an awesome realtor, she became a friend. You will not regret working with Carelys as she really cares about her clients and is readily available.
