Jennifer was great to work with. I first worked with her to sell my house. She came by went over how the process works and then walked the house and property. She pointed out things that needed to be taken care of, and helped me stage the house when it came time to put it on the market. She always got back to me very quickly with any questions I had or what was happening with showings. After selling my house she also helped me find my new home. At first she asked questions about what I was looking for. After that she went to work. As this process progressed she would show me what I asked for and payed attention to what I liked and didn't like. She would then make changes to what we were looking for. So she would constantly change and update the search until we found exactly what we wanted. She was with us every step of the way. Definitely made it a lot easier on you as the seller or buyer. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Once you are in the home she also has a lot of contacts that she is willing to share if needed. Such as general contractors if you were wanting to get work done on the new home to companies that will clean out your duct work. She really does everything she can to help her client. She was able to notice things a liked about certain homes before o even did. Can't say enough about my experience selling my buying my home with her.
