I have never seen follow up like Carelys ' follow up! She is amazing! She follow ups from the beginning to the end and even follows up with things that are not her responsibility. I never do these reviews but Carelys deserve it and her talent and passion should be recognized.

My experience with Carelys was awesome. We were hesitant about selling our house during the slow time in the market cycle, but she assured us it would sell if presented properly. Our house was one of the highest prices houses in the neighborhood, so I was worried we wouldn't get top dollar for the house. Carelys made our house shine. She took the time to do a very comprehensive market analysis, so we listed for the right price. We renovated it before listing, and during this time I could tell she was keeping tabs on all the other activity in the neighborhood. She could recall from memory what houses were selling, for how much, and how long they were on the market. She is a savant. When we had our house ready to list, the photos looked great, and she was present at two days for an open house. At the open house she spoke to the people who ended up buying our house (in both English and Spanish), and I think that she sealed the deal right there in person. If I could give her more than 5-stars I would.

Carelys did a great job helping us go under contract in just 2.5 weeks and sold in 7 weeks! She came prepared when we first met with her research and comps all ready to go. We were able to reach her with any questions throughout the whole process. She was very patient and supportive especially since it can be a stressful process when buying and selling a home. Carelys has earned my highest recommendation as a Realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable about the entire home selling process and provides much more than the required services. Carelys provided me with personal attention from the very first meeting when she advised us how to get our home ready to sell and laid out an exceptional marketing plan. Her marketing strategy went above and beyond my expectations and included Coming Soon postcards and social media activity before the listing was active, then a full-on marketing campaign when the listing went live. This included personal emails to agents, postcards detailing the property highlights, social media marketing across various platforms and targeted neighborhood marketing. Carelys literally went the extra mile and personally walked the entire neighborhood knocking on doors to converse with homeowners, distribute property details and invite potential buyers to the open house. We could not have asked for a more successful open house, where she openly answered questions and warmly communicated with attendees. Carelys is so friendly and personable, she instantly puts everyone at ease. She sold our home during the open house! Our house was under contract in less than a week during the winter season! Not only did she sell our home quickly, but she did everything to make the listing and selling process a breeze - paperwork, professional photos, marketing, communicating with the lawyers and appraiser, everything - timely and efficiently. Our house was the most expensive home for sale in the neighborhood and she put in the extra effort to provide the appraiser with a comprehensive packet to ensure that we received our asking price. A return on our investments and renovations that we had made to the property was very important to us and her extra efforts paid off. Carelys went above and beyond what any other realtor would have done for us. Her work-ethic is extraordinary. I would definitely recommend Carelys to anyone who is looking for an exceptional, hard-working realtor.
