As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I was referred to Jennifer by a friend due to the simple fact that she is amazing at walking the buyer through every step of the process, and is an amazing communicator. I don't have enough words to describe Carelys. She was AMAZING. I was to relocate to Chicagoland for work reasons and had to find a place to live in a rush during the winter season. Carelys was patient with us visiting many properties, explained with us details all the process, she was very patient, handled our anxiety. All of this in a very professional way. In the end, we were able to find a great place to live thanks to her.I have had experiences with many realtors in my life. But Carelys exceeds all of them. Before we met Ms. Carelys, we thought that in order for us to sell our property in the US, we need to be physically present in the country to oversee all the necessary repairs, sell and dispose all existing furniture, and sign all closing documents. You see, our situation is a little bit tricky because our whole family was already residing overseas when the property market went up and we decided to take advantage of it.Thank God our friend recommended Ms. Carelys. She is such a heaven sent. Aside from being an amazing realtor, she also has a huge network of people. She helped us with everything from contacting a handyman to do the repairs, a landscaper to fix our backyard, a cleaning lady to make our property "show" worthy. She even recommended a lawyer and helped us dispose and/or sell our furniture.Ms. Carelys was always on top of things and very responsive that we didn't even notice that we were living in opposite time zones :). And yes, she facilitated the sale without us having to fly over to the US for the closing.It was really such a joy to work with Ms. Carelys in selling both our condominium in Westmont and our house in Naperville!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
